Fulfillment takes 2-7 days, then your order is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 business days

Please note that we do not process orders or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

The order date is the day you made your purchase. The ship date is the day your item is shipped to you from our warehouse.

No. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, either.

Unfortunately no. Rich Port 100 isn’t available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, Rich Port 100 isn’t available in and doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We’re available to all other countries and ship internationally!

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the you, the end customer.
